GLN1.3 and GLN1.5 are down regulated in shoots of pdf2.1 mutant. Plants grown in 1/4 plant nutrient solution for 21 d. Shoots were sampled to examine the expression levels of (a) GLN1.1, b GLN1.2, c GLN1.3, d GLN1.4, e GLN1.5, and f GLN2. Data represent means ± SEs (n = 4). Actin2 was used as an internal control. Bars displaying the same letters are not significantly different at P < 0.05 according to the least significant difference test
