Open probability of the slow vacuolar (SV) channels as a function of voltage. The open probability was calculated (using FitMaster software) as the sum of the channel open time in the current traces that were normalized to the total time of the traces and divided by the number of active channels in the patch. Data points are the means (± SE) from eight independent experiments. The significance of the results was analyzed for every voltage using the post hoc least significant difference (LSD) test.
