Differentially expressed genes between esk1-5 and wild type, under control, severe water deficit and salt stress were classified into functional categories according to the GO "Biological process" at TAIR. Green bars show the percentage of over-expressed genes in wild type and red bars show the percentage of over-expressed genes in mutant, compared to the whole genome annotation.
