Fatty acid composition in triacylglycerol pool of Nicotiana benthamiana leaves derived through agroinfiltration with PtDGAT2b encoding gene separately and together with gene combinations aimed at producing EPA (20:5∆5,8,11,14,17). The results concern TAG of control leaves (p19 + GFP), TAG of leaves with p19 + GFP + PtDGAT2b and TAG of leaves with introduced p19 + GFP + PtDGAT2b together with co-introduced OtD6 + PSE + TcD5 or OtD6 + PSE + PtD5 enzyme combinations. The size of the spheres correlates with the percentage of each fatty acid in the whole pool. Asterisks denote statistical significance compared to control. Statistical significance was calculated in two-tailed Student’s t-test: * – p ≤ 0.05; ** - p ≤ 0.01; *** - p ≤ 0.001; a - p ≤ 0.05. Standard deviations are presented in Table S1
