Drought stress sensitivity of pOsNAR2.1:OsNAR2.1 transgenic lines at the seedling stage. (A) Phenotype of drought-stressed plants followed by recovery. The seedlings were grown for 21 days under well-watered conditions by maintaining 10 equal-sized seedlings per pot. Irrigation was withheld for 14 days, followed by rewatering for 10 days.
