The phylogenetic trees of MaCPR1 and MaCPR2 were constructed by MEGA 7.0 software based on the protein sequences. The Neighbor-Joining (NJ) method was selected for tree-building, and bootstrapping was conducted with 1000 cycles to test the confidence of each branch.
