(A). The unrooted phylogenetic tree of 957 NBLRRs from four crop species, viz., finger millet, rice, sorghum, foxtail millet and a model grass, purple false brome. The clusters I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII are represented by dark red, dark orange, dark green, light green, loyal blue, purple and blue colours, respectively. Phylogenetic trees were constructed using IQTREE.v.16.12 using the Maximum Likelihood method with 1000 bootstrap replicates (Note: For a high-resolution phylogenetic tree, please refer to supplementary information, Additional File 5). (B). The cluster-wise distribution of 957 NBLRRs among the five target species. The values below the cluster letters indicate the total number of NBLLRs in the cluster
