The advanced lines 21L10, 20CP75 and 634 with BnaGPAT9-C1 (GA1124C encodes aspartic acid 375D) have acyltransferase activity that can rescues the ZAFU1 growth on the SC-Ura-His-Leu + glucose solid medium, whereas commercial varieties Qinyou2, Zheyou50 and Zhongshuang11 with BnaGPAT9-C1 (GT1124C encodes valine 375 A) did not.
