Relative expression patterns of BnaGPAT9-A1/C1 in different tissues of ‘Zhongshuang 11’. The relative expression level of BnaGPAT9-A1/C1 genes were higher in development seeds than that of in roots, stems, and leaves. At early stages of development seeds, the BnaGPAT9-A1 relative expression level was higher than that of BnaGPAT9-C1, whereas on the contrary at later stages of development seeds.
