The infection types determined using the following 0–4 scale [51] are provided in parentheses: 0 = immune (no visible reaction); 1 = resistant (minute uredinia surrounded by chlorosis or necrosis); 2 = moderately resistant (small pustules surrounded by chlorosis); 3* = moderately susceptible (moderately large pustules surrounded by chlorosis); and 4 = susceptible (moderately large to large pustules with little or no chlorosis); *) for line L318, an infection type “3” was treated as a partially incompatible reaction
