Transcriptomic analysis of AhUGTs in response to abiotic stress. A Expression patterns of 78 cold-induced AhUGTs in leaves after cold treatment at 0, 3, 24, 48 h. The data were download from NCBI database. B Expression profiles of 45 up-regulated AhUGT transcripts under cold or drought stress. The data were derived from Peanut Genome Resource database. CK indicated control seedlings grown in the normal condition. C Venn diagram shows 29 common up-regulated AhUGTs in response to drought or cold stress derived from the two transcriptome results. The AhUGTs were classified into 16 different groups with different color based on phylogenetic tree. FPKM values were obtained from the RNA transcriptome, and the expression levels of AhUGTs were normalized by log2 (FPKM + 1) to performed heatmap analysis. The red color in the boxes indicates high expression level, while green represents low level in the heatmap
