The RT-qPCR and RNA-seq log2FC values were compared using correlation analysis at R-6 h (A), R-1d (B), R-3d (C), R-7d (D), S-6 h (E), S-1d (F), S-3d (G), and S-7d (H). R and P indicate the correlation coefficient and corresponding P-value. The correlation showed a significant positive relationship between the RT-qPCR and RNA-seq at each time point in R and S cultivars
