The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor-joining method, and a summary of 1000 multiple bootstrapped replicates is shown on the nodes of the tree. The analysis was performed using MEGA 7 software. The sequence of Oryza sativa L. was obtained from the Plant Transcription Factor Database version 4.0. The qRT-PCR data represent average values ± SD from six independent experiments.
