QTL intervals were indicated by thick red lines and represent one LOD score drop. *, **, *** corresponded to year 2018 in biotron, year 2019 in biotron and year 2020 in Idaho respectively. The thick green line on chromosome 2 H contained a qtl confidence interval region with LOD scores > 3 and close to the ascorbate peroxidase gene known to be involved in abiotic stress tolerance (See Fig. 4)
