Nuclear localization of AtSPT4-2. a Subcellular localization of the AtSPT4-2-GFP fusion protein. 35Spro:AtSPT4-2-GFP transgenic seedlings were grown on MS medium for 7 days and then transferred to liquid medium supplemented with 150 mM NaCl for 0, 15 and 30 minutes. The green fluorescence of 35Spro:AtSPT4-2-GFP transgenic root tissue was observed under a ZEISS 880 confocal laser scanning microscope with an excitation of 488 nm and an emission of 525 nm wavelengths.
