The sequence alignment of the 8CM region of nsLTPs from green algae and six representative land plants, including A. thaliana, O. sativa, P. taeda, S. moellendorffii, P. patens, and M. polymorpha, was constructed separately using MUSCLE program and piled up by nsLTP types.
