Evolution of free and glycosylated SA (A) and GA (B) accumulation in wild type (WT) and RNAi_SlS5H (lines 14 and 16) transgenic tomato plants. Samples were taken 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks post-germination (wpg). Leaf extracts were analyzed by fluorescence HPLC. The data are presented as the mean ± standard deviation of a representative experiment (n = 6). Significant differences for free and glycosylated SA and GA accumulation between different genotypes are represented by different letters since p-value < 0.05
