The RT-PCR results confirm the transcriptome expression of the RNA sequencing. Nine genes related to light response were selected for verification. The data was standardized as the ACT2 expression value. The bars denote standard deviation values (n = 3). There was a significant difference between the control group and shading treatment group (T-test, * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01)
