1-aminocylopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) stimulated the production of phosphatidic acid (PA) in N. yezoensis. Gametophytes were treated with ACC for 3, or 7d. Results are presented as the relative amount compared to untreated gametophytes (0 d). Asterisks indicate a statistically significant difference at P < 0.05 between the control and the specified treatment. All data are presented as mean ± SD of five independent experiments
