Phylogenetic relationship of Alba proteins from tomato and different organisms. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by the neighbor-joining method in MEGA6 software with 1000 bootstrap replicates using full-length Alba protein sequences. The Alba family proteins were clustered into three distinct families: archaeal Alba family, RPP20-like family and RPP25-like family.
