Development of the sugar beet cyst nematode H. schachtii on three MOA-expressing lines and WT plants. Twelve-day-old transgenic lines and WT Arabidopsis seedlings were inoculated with 30 freshly hatched juveniles (J2s) per plant. The number of female a and male b nematodes per root centimeter was evaluated at 14 dpi. Boxplots represent median and 1.5 times the interquartile range, n = 18 from three independent experiments.
