LbHLH enhances salt tolerance by enhancing the ability to resist osmotic stress. A The seeds of all lines were first germinated on the 1/2MS basic medium for 4 days before transferred to different media containing 180 mM sorbitol, 10 mM LiCl, or 100 mM NaCl for 5 days.
