PpSnRK1βγ was located in nucleus. Mixture of Agrobacterial cells containing 35S:PpSnRK1βγ-GFP and 35S:NLS-mkate, or containing 35S:GFP/35S:NLS-mkate constructs were infiltrated into tobacco leaves that were viewed using a microscope at different weave lengths for florescence of GPF and NLS-mkate, and in bright field lighting. The images taken at three different light conditions were merged. The mkate is monomeric version of katushka. Scale bar = 20 μm
