The benzoxazinoid levels in three selected wheat genotypes at 11, 15 and 18 days after germination. Leaves were harvested 11, 15, and 18 days after germination, and the samples were analyzed using HPLC-UV (mean ± SE, n = 2–6). A statistics Student’s t-test (P value < 0.05) was performed on the Svevo and Chinese Spring genotypes. a 2,4-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one (DIMBOA), b 2,4-dihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one glucoside (DIM2BOA-Glc), c 2-hydroxy-4,7-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoxazin-3-one glucoside (HDMBOA-Glc).
