Table 3 Results from generalized linear models (GLMs) testing differences among phenotypes, populations and their interaction on the production of total anthocyanins and non-anthocyanin flavonoids in each plant tissue. GLMs were performed separately in polymorphic (Barra and Louro) and non-polymorphic populations (Breña and Trafalgar).
