Shown is one of 322 most parsimonious trees measuring 1120 steps; the tree is midpoint rooted. Taxon names consist of gene name followed by accession, except for cultivars La Brillante (L) and Salinas (S), where allele names are given. Numbers by the branches are bootstrap supports above 70%. Branch lengths are proportional to the number of changes occurring along the branches, the scale is given at the bottom.
