Relative expression of FT homologs Lus10004452 and Lus10013532 in RE1/2/3 and 'Royal' leaves. RT-qPCR assays were performed in triplicate on cDNA from total RNA extracted from the third leaf, 10, 15, 19 and 29 days after planting. Expression of Lus10004452 and Lus10013532 in Royal was negligible or was observed very late in the amplification. Three replications of the experiment were performed for each genotype. Error bars show standard errors
