Phylogenetic tree of plant ARF gene family. A total of 182 complete protein sequences of the corresponding ARF genes obtained from seven plant species were aligned with MUSCLE program, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed based on Bayesian inference using Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods.
