Weighted gene correlation network analysis (WGCNA) signed metabolic network of ‘d’Anjou’ pear peel. Pears were harvested from different tree positions and stored in controlled atmosphere for up to 8 months. Novel cuticular metabolites of interest (Table 3; Additional file 2: Table S2) are highlighted within the network.
