Relative gene expression analysis of (a) ZOS3–11 in root and (b) ZOS3–12 in root and (c) ZOS3–12 in shoot under salt stress. Rice wild type (Nihonmasari) and jasmonate mutant cpm2 were treated with 150 mM NaCl solution or water (Control). The samples were collected (1 h, 6 h and 24 h) after treatment. The relative amount of transcript was determined by normalization of the housekeeping genes EF-1α and UBQ5. Data represent average of three biological replicates with three technical replicates in each experiment. Error bars show the standard error value.
