Data analysed using CLC-Bio Genomic Workbench. Baggerley’s test was conducted for analysing genes between the null segregates (WT or NG) and OsFAD2-1 RNAi (RNAi) lines. The letter a: indicates significant results at p value ≤ 0.01, the letter b: indicates significant results at 0.01 ≥ p value ≤ 0.05.
