Analysis of plant growth as affected by NO3 − deficiency in transgenic tobacco plants in comparison to the wild type. Plants were growing at 25 °C on ½ MS medium that contained 10 mM NO3 − as control or ½ MS medium containing 0.2 mM or without NO3 −.
