Western blot of 5 ug protein extracts from various lupin samples. The blots were probed using antibodies generated against ALPHA conglutin (expected size 56 kD), BETA conglutin (68-72 kD), GAMMA conglutin (49 kD – uncleaved, 33 kD cleaved), and DELTA conglutin (18 kD– uncleaved, 12 kD cleaved) peptides, and the commercially available PEPC antibody to illustrate similar protein loading.
