Phylogenetic and evolutionary analysis of OryzaTPS1s . The phylogenetic tree of OryzaTPS1s was constructed using the maximum likelihood method. All evolutionary analyses with the codon models were conducted using unrooted topologies. Based on the biochemical function of OryzaTPS1s, evolution occurred in two lineages, labeled as A (for germacrene A) and D (for germacrene D). Branch labels were bootstrap values based on 1000 replicates. Five sites of the germacrene D lineage where positive selection was detected were depicted on the right of the tree.
