The trnT-GGU gene is missing from the C. taitungensis genome and is too short to form a secondary structure in C. japonica. The bold characters show the anti-codon GGU. The position of the trnT-GGU gene in each cp genome is shown above each sequence. The secondary structure of the trnT-GGU gene is described at the top.
