The genes were functionally categorized according to the Gene Ontology Consortium and level two of the assignment results were plotted here. 87% (1,204 of a total 1,378) AFE-containing clusters from rice and 94% (605 of a total 645) AFE clusters from Arabidopsis were classified by GO.
