  1. Genomic DNA samples were individually labelled with fluorescent dyes Cy3 and Cy5, mixed, and hybridized to an 18 K array of soybean cDNAs. For each experiment, normalized hybridization ratios are averaged from separate values calculated for each slide, as described in Methods. The spot corresponding to cDNA clone Gm-r1070-2255 encodes an Hps transcript. Complete data set is accessible in Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO), series GSE3810.
