From: A soybean MADS-box protein modulates floral organ numbers, petal identity and sterility
Expression of 9 MADS-box genes in 35:GmMADS28 leaves. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed the expression of 9 MADS-box genes involved in flowering time (SOC1, LFY) and floral organ development in tobacco leaves. These tobacco genes are the closest homologues of the corresponding Arabidopsis genes. The accession numbers for these genes are shown in Additional file 4: Table S1.
