From: Biosynthesis of allene oxides in Physcomitrella patens
Analysis of products formed from incubation of [1-14C]-9-HPOD with PpHPL, PpAOS1 and PpAOS1_F93L, respectively. Purified enzymes were incubated with radio-labeled substrate and incubated for 30 min. After extractive isolation, products were analyzed by means of RP-HPLC coupled to a radio-detector.
