Cold-induced degradation and post-translational modification of MdCIbHLH1. (A) Detection of MdCIbHLH1-GFP protein by Western blot analysis. TGC calluses were maintained at 15°C for the cold treatment. MdCIbHLH1-GFP protein levels were analyzed using anti-GFP.
