RNA expression levels of (A) PsTic20, PsTic110 and (B) AtTic20-I, AtTic20-IV and AtTic110 in leaves and roots of two-week-old Pisum sativum (Ps) and four-week-old Arabidopsis thaliana (At) plants as determined by quantitative RT-PCR using gene-specific primers. Pea plants were grown on soil and Arabidopsis plants were cultured hydroponically, the latter in the presence and absence of 1% sucrose (+/- suc). Presented data are the average of at least three measurements.
