Chloroplast localization of SVR3. Representative wild-type Arabidopsis leaf protoplasts transiently expressing the control GFP vector ([A]-[C]) or the P35S:SVR3 CTP:GFP vector ([D]-[F]). Green fluorescence signals from GFP ([A] and [D]) and chlorophyll autofluorescence ([B] and [E]) were monitored by confocal microscopy.
