Analyses of transcript differences of transcription factors (TFs) in P. chinensis seeds of different accessions and protein interaction between the TFs and oil-synthesized enzymes. a Analysis of transcript differences of the TFs in the seeds across different accessions by qRT-PCR. The genes encoding for ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (UBC) and large subunit ribosomal protein L32e (RPL32e) were used as internal controls, and its expression level was arbitrarily set to 1.00 for standardization. Error bars are SD of three biological replicates with three technical repetitions each, and the statistical results are shown in Additional file 3: Table S3. b A protein interaction network was constructed for the TFs and oil-synthesized enzymes or transporters by using STRING software with high network connectivity (confidence score > 0.7)
