Relative expression levels of genes involved in jasmonate-mediated response. Relative quantification, expressed as arbitrary units (log2), of some genes involved in jasmonate-mediated defence response (genes encoding lipoxygenases LOX1, LOX2, LOX3, allene oxide synthase AOS, PR4 and PR6) obtained from 1-year-old canes grown from the symptomatic (S, AS and AA) and asymptomatic (A) 2-year-old arms of Flavescence dorée infected ‘Tocai friulano’ plants collected in September and November 2021. Normalisation of transcriptional levels was performed using GAPDH and COX genes as endogenous controls.
