Haolotypes YtA, W11, W15, W20, W21, W29, W34, W42, and W46 have been described in the reference of Li et al., 2008. L-orf79 has been described in the reference of Kazama et al.2016, while orf79 described in the report of Wang et al.2006. LR794116- LR794122 were the sequences of B-atp6-orfH79 in the reference of He et al. 2020 and their GSV sections were renamed as H2, H3-H18, according to the above mentioned method in this study.
