The mutation of FPG on zdp/ape2 background rescues the accumulation of pri-miRNAs. RT‒qPCR detection of the relative expression levels of pri-miRNAs in Col-0, zdp-1/ape2-2, fpg-1, fpg-1/zdp-1/ape2-2, and fpg-1/zdp-1/ape2-3 plants treated with 0 ppm or 10 ppm MMS.
