The colour bar indicates the relative expression values, with white being the lowest level of expression and blue representing the highest level of expression. The description of samples and average expression is given on the right side of the heatmap. MeV 4.9 software (http://mev.tm4.org/) was used to create the heatmap using hierarchical clustering of Manhattan distance correlation criteria
