Expression profiles of eighteen SiERF genes in sesame leave treated with ABA (A) and ACC (B) for 6 h. Transcript abundance was quantified using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), and expression levels were normalized using sesame Histone H3.3 (LOC105159325) as a reference gene. The mean expression levels from three independent biological replicates were analyzed for significance using t-tests (p < 0.01). Asterisks indicate significant expression differences
