Expression levels of ABA transport-related genes in GsERF1-overexpressing and wild-type Arabidopsis. Seedlings with approximately 1-cm long roots were grown for 10 days in agar media that included 0 or 150 μM AlCl3 (0.5 mM CaCl2, pH 4.5).
