Relative expression levels of Cs6g03670.1 A, Cg1g021320.1B, Cs3g18690.1C and Cs6g05460.1D in the lateral roots of C. sinensis and C. grandis seedlings under Al toxicity. Seedlings of C. sinensis and C. grandis were treated with nutrient solution (Control, pH 4.3) or supplemented by 1.0 mM Al³⁺ (1.0 mM Al toxicity, pH 4.3) for 21 days. The lateral roots of citrus seedlings were harvested for RNA extraction and real-time PCR. The gene relative expression level was normalized to the Control sample.
